Permissions

No persons, organizations or commercial entities shall print, sell, re-sell, distribute, re-publish, license, sub-license, display, alter, share or otherwise use the content and/or design of The Physician and Sportsmedicine in print and/or digital form, to any other individuals, corporations or organizations, without written permission from the JTE Multimedia, LLC. No other persons, organizations or companies are authorized to act on the behalf of JTE Multimedia, LLC in granting permission for the uses above.

All permission requests to print, sell, re-sell, distribute, re-publish, license, sub-license, display, alter, share or otherwise use the content and/or design of The Physician and Sportsmedicine in print and/or digital form must be directed to the JTE Multimedia, LLC. Requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and should include a statement describing how material will be used, number of recipients/users both print and electronically, the complete article citation, a copy of any figure or table of interest as it appeared in the journal, and a copy of the "new" (adapted) material if appropriate.

If you are an author seeking to reuse your own work, please refer to the terms of the Author Release and Financial Disclosure Form that you signed and submitted when you submitted your article.

Translations

All permissions to translate, reprint or otherwise use the content and/or design of The Physician and Sportsmedicine in print and/or digital form must be obtained in writing through JTE Multimedia, LLC. No other persons, organizations or companies are authorized to act on the behalf of JTE Multimedia, LLC in granting permission for the uses above.

In general and upon request, JTE Multimedia, LLC may grant permission to translate and reprint an article after receipt of payment of a copyright royalty fee. Requests for permission are handled on a case-by-case basis. Persons, organizations or companies interested in obtaining permission to translate, reprint or otherwise use an article should submit a permission request that includes the complete citation of the article, the language into which the article will be translated and the number of copies to be produced.

If you are the author of a journal article wishing to translate your paper for publication in a scholarly journal, you may do so if you comply with the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) Uniform Requirements for Manuscripts (URM) guidelines for acceptable secondary publication and you agree in writing that the translated article will not be used by you or any other third party in any manner for commercial purposes.
